Getting co signer off my motorcycle title?

just paid my bike off the title says john OR mike im john mike is a di*k and wont sign off the title no idea where to find him we dont talk anymore i paid for the entire bike and can prove it its fl title but im in pa now how can i get his name off without him signing???
